SHIPPING POLICY
When can I expect to receive my shipment?
- Wholesale is different from retail and depends on the availability of carriers and locations as well as the quantity. If the shipment requires customs clearance or inspection, or if the shipping is delayed due to carrier service, we apologize that there may be a delay in shipment.
How do I track my order?
- A tracking number will be provided to you in your shipping confirmation email. You can use this number to track your order at www.17track.net.
What are your shipping costs?
- We currently offer free shipping to our partners, but once we have our first successful partnership, we will start charging for shipping (shipping is at your own expense, and the wholesale price is lower!)
What countries do you ship to?
- Currently, we do ship worldwide, but this site of ours is primarily geared toward wholesale in the United States.
Can I ship to an address other than my credit card billing address?
How is my order shipped?
- Orders are shipped on normal business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday.
Do I need to worry about customs seizing my e-cigarettes?
- No need to worry, we will handle customs clearance for your products.
